Dri Eyes – Dry eyes

Problems with Drieyes ? – Every Parent has at some point suffered the tantrums of a little child when you have attempted to wash their hair, you are told that it stings their eyes, so you try to find a more gentle shampoo, this does not help you tilt their head back and ask them to close their eye, but they open their eyes to see if you have finished.

The Answer is Drieyes…

Drieyes is one of those Australian products that you wondered how you ever survivie without. Dri eyes will make washing your childrens hair fun and enjoyable again,. It keeps water and suds off your child’s face with no more tears, no more delaying tactics for not washing their hair and no more tantrums! Hmm wonder if it will work on teenagers

Drieyes™ will not only make kids happier in the bath, it will reduce mums and dad’s stress levels too.

By giving your child control to stop water and shampoo getting into their eyes, you have both hands free, making hair washing quicker and easier for everyone.

Drieyes™ was invented by an Aussie dad (Rod Cassar) who was sick of the hair-washing drama. He knew there had to be a better way. Drieyes™ has been made with both kids and parents in mind.

Kids will love the look of it, as it has 2 big green (or orange or blue or pink or yellow) eyes and . It works by the child holding the ‘eyes’ and pushing the silicone rim to their foreheads. Because the kids have to hold the device, they are focused on this ‘job’ and tend not to wriggle around so much. This leaves two hands free for mum or dad to get to work on their hair. The result is squeaky clean hair in no time and a more relaxed bath experience for all.

“Hair washing was always a drama in my house,” says inventor, Rod Cassar, “and I detested that this part of the day was supposed to relax our kids. Instead it would constantly end up in tears and a lot of frustration for all of us. That problem has now gone.”

Drieyes™ is also great for washing out headlice treatments which can really sting a child’s eyes. Some kids also like to use it in the shower to simply keep the water off their faces.

Verdict : Dri eyes will save you sanity, and will save children from getting soap in their eyes and take the hassle out of bathtime.

Drieyes™ is so great the only difficult decision will be choosing a colour from the fabulously bright range; blue, green, orange, pink or yellow.

HOW TO USE DRIEYES
Question.
How is Drieyes™ different to other hair washing aids?

  • Drieyes™ is the only product that is held by your child. This encourages active participation by giving control and independence to your child. By having your child involved they are more content to get their hair washed.
  • Drieyes™ enables clear access to your child’s entire head of hair. It does not touch their hair at all when positioned correctly.
  • Drieyes™ remains in place for the whole hair washing process – to wet, wash and rinse. There is no need to remove Drieyes™ in between each step. Both your hands are free as the supervising adult, making the process quicker and more enjoyable for everyone.

Question.
I have a 4 year old and a 9 year old child, will Drieyes™ fit them both?

Answer.

Drieyes™ unique shape means that one size fits all – even adults. Drieyes™ seals on your child’s forehead and goes down the side of their face. We have measured and found little difference at this point of people’s faces, just above the brow line. Admittedly other aspects of our heads and faces can be quite markedly different in size, but should not make any difference to the effectiveness of the product.

By sealing Drieyes™ against your child’s forehead and tilting the eye ball handles up and down, the angle of the seal alters. This feature allows Drieyes™ to fit many foreheads.

Question.
Will the rubber seal harden over time?

Answer.

The rubber seal is made of Santoprene®. This has been specially chosen for its stability, flexibility, fatigue resistance and memory. Thus it is not expected to change significantly over time if used as intended. The rubber may alter if left in direct sunlight.
